Acceptable Use Policy

UGCMADE is software for sellers, made by UGCMADE (ugc-made.com) is operated by COCO MONKEY TECHNOLOGIES (CT0165296-M). It makes advertising photos, short videos, posters and text for products and services the seller has the right to promote. This policy sets out what you may and may not make with it. It is part of our Terms of Service, and it applies to every account, free or paid.

AI-generated people

The creators in our library, and the AI influencers you build, are AI-generated people, not real ones. The influencer builder works from fixed lists of options, with no typed description and no photo upload. It only makes adults, and each result is checked automatically before you see it; one that could read as under 18, is revealing, or closely resembles a real person is not shown.

Real people

You may add a photo of a real person as your own creator only if it is you, or that person has given you their explicit consent to use their face in ads. We record your confirmation each time. Anyone who finds their face used without consent can email support@ugc-made.com and we will remove it.

You must not use UGCMADE to:

• make deepfakes or face swaps, or put a real person's face on another body;
• clone or imitate a real person's voice;
• impersonate anyone, or make content of celebrities, public figures or other named people;
• use anyone's face, likeness or voice without their explicit consent.

Sexual content and children

You must not make, or try to make:

• sexual, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, including nudity;
• any person who is, or looks, under 18, or any content aimed at children;
• anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child. We report this to the authorities.

Honest advertising

You are responsible for what your ads say. You must not:

• pass off a generated person as a real customer giving a genuine review or testimonial;
• invent reviews, ratings, endorsements, awards or certifications;
• make false or misleading claims about a product, including health, medical, weight-loss or results claims you can't back up;
• promise income, investment returns or other financial results.

Advertising platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube have their own rules, including on disclosing AI-generated content. Following them, and the advertising laws where you sell, is your responsibility.

Harmful or illegal content

You must not make content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal goods or services;
• is hateful, harassing, violent, or encourages self-harm;
• promotes weapons, drugs, gambling, or other products that are banned or age-restricted where you sell;
• is political campaigning, or is designed to spread false information;
• uses photos, logos, music or other material you don't have the rights to, or infringes anyone's intellectual property.

Using the service

You must not try to get around our safety checks or limits, share or resell your account, scrape or overload the service, or use it to send spam or malware.

How we enforce this

Every AI influencer is checked automatically, and the AI models we use apply their own content filters, so some requests are refused. A refused request costs no credits. We don't read everything you make, and you stay responsible for it.

If we find or are told about content that breaks this policy, we may remove it, limit your account, or close it. Serious breaches lead to closure without notice, and we may report them to the authorities.

Reporting a problem

If you see content made with UGCMADE that breaks this policy, or that uses your face, likeness or work without permission, email support@ugc-made.com with a link or a copy of it, and we will look into it.
