Terms of Service

UGCMADE (ugc-made.com) is operated by COCO MONKEY TECHNOLOGIES (CT0165296-M). In these terms, "we" and "us" means COCO MONKEY TECHNOLOGIES, and "you" means the person using UGCMADE. By creating an account or using UGCMADE, you agree to these terms.

1. What UGCMADE is

UGCMADE is an online tool for small businesses to make advertising content for their own products: AI-generated photos of a presenter with your product, short vertical videos made from those photos, posters, and free editing tools. It also shows research on products trending on social media, for information only.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, and able to make a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
  • One person per account. Accounts are for your own business use.

3. Credits and plans

  • Making a photo, video, poster or poster edit, or a Studio or Text Behind Image file, costs credits. The cost is shown before you start, and if something fails to finish, its credits are returned automatically.
  • New accounts get 20 free credits, which expire 7 days after sign-up. No card is needed and nothing is charged afterwards. Videos and poster edits are only on paid plans.
  • Paid plans are monthly subscriptions: Starter (US$25, 560 credits), Growth (US$80, 2,200 credits) and Scale (US$200, 8,250 credits) a month. Plan credits are added on each payment date and do not roll over: unused plan credits expire when the next month's credits are added, or when the plan ends.
  • Top-up credits (US$10 for 200 credits, for paid plans) do not expire, and are used after your plan credits.
  • Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are only for use in UGCMADE.
  • You can upgrade at any time (you pay the difference for the rest of the month, and get the extra credits at once), switch to a smaller plan from your next payment, or cancel at any time. After cancelling, you keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing you made is deleted when a plan ends.
  • We may change prices or credit costs in future. A price change applies from your next payment after we tell you.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are in US dollars. Where you live decides how tax is shown: in the United States sales tax is added at checkout, and in the EU (and other places that show prices with tax) the price includes VAT. 5. Photos of people, and consent

The library creators in UGCMADE are AI-generated people, not real ones. If you upload a photo of a person to use as your own creator, you confirm that it is:

  • a photo of you, or
  • a photo of an AI-generated person, or
  • a photo of someone who has given you their explicit consent to use their face in ads.

You must not upload anyone else's photo. You will remove it if asked. Anyone who finds their face used without consent can email support@ugc-made.com and we will remove it.

6. What you may not do

  • Use anyone's face, likeness or voice without their explicit consent, or make deepfakes, face swaps or impersonations of real people.
  • Make content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, or aimed at children.
  • Make false or misleading claims about a product, including health, medical or results claims you can't back up.
  • Pass off a generated person as a real customer giving a genuine review.
  • Use content you don't have the rights to (product photos, logos, music) or infringe anyone's intellectual property.
  • Break, overload, scrape or resell the service, or get around its limits.

Advertising platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others) have their own rules, including on disclosing AI-generated content. Following them is your responsibility.

7. Your content and what you make

  • You keep the rights to what you upload. You let us store and process it only to provide UGCMADE to you.
  • Subject to these terms, you may use what you make with UGCMADE for any lawful purpose, including commercial advertising. AI output can be similar to output made for others, and we can't promise it is unique or protected by copyright.
  • You are responsible for checking what you make before you publish it, including the claims made in it.
  • Winning Products shows numbers and links from public TikTok videos for research. Those videos belong to their creators: don't copy them.

8. The service

UGCMADE uses AI models from other companies, and results vary. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or produce a particular result. We may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is".

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or sales), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can stop using UGCMADE and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, especially section 5 or 6. We will tell you why where we can.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will tell you about important changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction, without affecting consumer rights you have where you live.
