Privacy Policy

UGCMADE (ugc-made.com) is operated by COCO MONKEY TECHNOLOGIES (CT0165296-M), is responsible for your personal data in UGCMADE. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, and the GDPR where it applies to you.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your name and picture if you sign in with Google.
• What you upload: product photos, photos of creators, and videos, images or music you add in the editors.
• What you make: the photos, videos, posters and text you generate, and the settings and words you used.
• Consent records: when you upload a photo of a person, the statement you agreed to, its wording and when.
• Usage: your credit history, plan, language and settings, and basic technical logs (such as errors).
• Referrals: if a partner referred you, which partner, so they can be paid a share of what you pay.
• Payments: handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Paddle tells us your plan, payment status and a customer reference.

Location and camera data are removed from photos you upload. Text Behind Image cuts out your photo on your own device; that photo is not sent to us unless you save the result.

Why we use it

• To run UGCMADE: sign you in, make what you ask for, store it in your Library, and keep your credits right.
• To take payments and handle refunds (through Paddle).
• To prevent misuse, including faces used without consent, and to meet legal obligations.
• To answer you when you contact us.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use your uploads or what you make to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• Supabase: our database, sign-in and file storage.
• Google: Google sign-in, and Gemini AI models that write text and make photos and posters.
• fal.ai: AI models that make videos and cut out products.
• Paddle: checkout, payments, invoices, tax and refunds.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the website.

Each receives only what it needs for its part. Some are outside Malaysia (for example in the United States), so your data may be processed there, under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

What you make and upload stays in your account until you delete it, or until your account is deleted. Working files from the editors are cleared after a day. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Consent records for uploaded photos may be kept after the photo is deleted, as evidence of the consent given.

Cookies

We use only the cookies the app needs: to keep you signed in, and to remember your language and light or dark mode. If you arrive through a partner's link, a cookie remembers which partner for 60 days, so they can be credited if you sign up and pay; it holds only their code. No advertising cookies. Paddle's checkout sets its own cookies when you pay.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@ugc-made.com. You can delete your files yourself in the Library. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Malaysia, the Personal Data Protection Commissioner).

Children

UGCMADE is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
